Shadow Map: Grundarfjöður

Shadows are of little concern for those viewing the eclipse on Snæfellsnes in Iceland. Long, late-summer days mean the Sun remains at an altitude of +25° during the afternoon eclipse. Only in areas close to prominent mountains might shadows present any challenges.
