iOS
For iOS users, we recommend staying up-to-date with the latest version of TPE to enjoy new features and maintain the app’s performance. Please see Apple’s support article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102629#manual
Android
TPE for Android has been officially retired and will no longer receive updates. While existing users can continue to use the app, based on demand and resources, we don’t at present have the capacity to support Android as a platform in addition to both our web app and iOS apps.
Updated version not showing?
It may take a few hours before an update shows as available after we have announced it. At times, we do a phased rollout of updates to ensure everything is working well before making it available to all users. Phased rollouts typically last 7 days, so please be patient if you don’t see an update immediately.
