iPhone and iPad – App Store purchases and refunds

For apps purchased for Apple devices through the App Store, Apple handles support for all billing, pricing, payment processing, and refund-related questions. Please contact Apple Support first:

We are not able to view or modify App Store billing records directly.

Android availability – legacy Google Play app and TPE Web alternative

TPE for Android has been retired and is no longer available for new purchases on Google Play. If you are using an Android tablet, TPE Web may be a good alternative. You can get started at app.photoephemeris.com. Please note that TPE Web is not available on Android phones.

Previous Android purchases – Google Play Order ID and recovery

We can help with some questions about previous Android purchases, but refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. For current refund guidance, please see Google’s help article: Apps, games, & in-app purchases refund policies.

If your inquiry relates to a previous Android purchase of one of our apps, we may be able to help. Please contact us and include your Google Play Order ID, if available. Google Play Order IDs are usually in the form GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567 and can be found in the purchase confirmation email sent by Google.
